The challenge was to communicate new small business propositions internally to 1400 customer management personnel – call centre based, minimal downtime with no prospect of product/service training; to educate channel sales teams to increase product awareness. Our creative solution, a virtual town and community microsite, was produced in under 3 weeks with product knowledge and prize competitions – accessible 24x7, employee and family targeted and an interactive roadshow at key locations plus onsite advertising and desk drops.
