The solution

AddingValue delivered end to end management of a Vodafone UK and Research in Motion (RIM) interactive 60 minute webinar about the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server 5.0.

The webinar was hosted by a panel of product experts from Vodafone UK & RIM with an interactive ‘Q&A’ session at the end of the webinar.

AddingValue developed and broadcasted invitations, enabled Webinar Registrations, hosted and monitored the Live Webinar on behalf of the client, recorded and facilitated hosting of playback of Webinar for all attendees.

A post Webinar survey was also deployed to all Webinar attendees to gather analytics on the success of the webinar which was measured against the data captured for attendance and attentiveness from the live Webinar itself.

The results

• The highest attended Webinar RIM has hosted to date in the UK.
• 43% of invitees registered for the Webinar.
• 60% attendance of registered attendees.
• 86% of attendees attended the entire Webinar.
• 62 questions asked by attendee in Webinar.
• 30% response rate for feedback survey.
